How to get Notification?

In the system, if the alerts, billing object or Reminders are created and based on the events the system used to notify the user.
This feature will help to get an alert for the event so based on that you can do further actions on it.
Multiple alerts and events can be generated which will reflect in the notification panel.
The total count of the notification will appear on the bell icon.
Based on user selection the notification will appear in their account.
